Social Media

Invilla had been relatively active on social media however a majority of the posts were images with a couple of link backs to a website.

It starts with social

It made sense to leverage the fantastic social media networks on offer to showcase their designs to the right demographic.

Invilla’s core market demographic was women between the ages of 30 – 44 who are most active on visual social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest.

We devised a social media posting schedule of daily using visual stories and carousel images to capture interest with this information. Each post would have relevant links back to projects on the Invilla website.

Mobile responsive and looking good

We rebuilt Invilla's website from the ground up to ensure it was as fast and engaging as possible.

A majority of Invilla's web sessions had been mobile so we made sure all our elements looked good regardless of what screen resolution the visitor was using.

Finally, we migrated the website hosting to the cloud and stored all its assets in a Content Delivery Network.

Optins and call to actions

We documented FAQ's and converted this information into a free download which acted as a lead generation form.

We also took some of their most popular projects and converted them into case studies so prospective clients could see the level of detail and professionalism that Invilla take on every job.

All this new content meant longer web sessions and a sharp reduction in visitor bounce rates.

How much will it cost?

Market research conducted by us verified that most prospective buyers wanted to know the actual cost of professional fees from an architect.

In the current market, it’s tough to obtain this information without going through a lengthy discussion process.

Our solution was to design an interactive quote estimator that helped the customer understand what they wanted to build, from the overall design style to the house configuration and even the proposed block of land.

Finally, the Quote estimator asks for some contact details and a price for professional fees is displayed along with an email with service conclusions.

Effective follow-up

Another powerful feature of the website & quote estimator is its integration with the Invilla CRM. This tool allows Invilla to understand which of their leads have the most substantial chance of conversion based on several defined metrics such as:

  • How often they visit the website
  • Which projects they have viewed
  • How many quote estimates have they completed

A series of follow-up emails or calls can then be made further to assist the prospective customer on their design journey.
